Blackjack BJ-4

The BJ-4 is a 45-ton brawler, a 3067 rework of the 2756 BJ-1X that trades that model's six-weapon laser-and-flamer array for a pair of Light AC/5s and a pair of ER Medium Lasers, one of each in every arm. A lighter 180 light fusion engine replaces the BJ-1X's 225 fusion plant, dropping cruising speed from 54 to 43 km/h and top speed from 86 to 65 km/h, while a jump capability of 120 metres is new to this variant. Light ferro-fibrous armor replaces the standard plating of the original, and the heat-sink count falls from 18 single to 10 double units. General Motors builds the BJ-4 at Talcott, distinct from the BJ-1X's Kathil line.
