Batu C

The Batu C is a 40-ton fighter flown as a fast dogfighter. Where the Prime configuration mounts an ER large laser in the nose alongside a targeting computer, this configuration carries a Gauss rifle and two ER medium lasers in the nose, with CASE fitted alongside them. In place of the paired medium pulse lasers on each wing, an ER small laser sits in the right wing and another pair sits in the left wing, two per side. An ER medium laser covers the aft arc, as it does on the Prime configuration. Ten double heat sinks cool the design, two fewer than the Prime configuration's twelve, and the fighter flies in Ferro-Aluminum armor. Mercer Foundries builds it at New Kent (Celebes).
