Recognition Notes
The Batu B is a 40-ton fighter flown as a fast dogfighter. Where the Prime configuration mounts a single ER large laser in the nose, this configuration replaces it with three Medium Pulse Lasers in the nose, and it carries a targeting computer in the nose as well. The right wing and left wing each keep two Medium Pulse Lasers, and the aft ER Medium Laser carries over unchanged. Ferro-Aluminum armor covers the airframe, and cooling drops from twelve to ten double heat sinks. Mercer Foundries builds the type at New Kent (Celebes).
