Akuma AKU-2XK

The AKU-2XK is a 90-ton assault juggernaut, a 3083 rework of the 3058 AKU-1X, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out at 54. Where the AKU-1X carries an ER PPC in the left arm, this variant fields a Heavy PPC there alongside a Medium Pulse Laser, and the Streak SRM 4 is gone from that arm. The right arm swaps the Medium Laser for an ER Medium Laser, the left torso trades the MRM 30 for an MML 9, and the right torso replaces the LB 10-X AC with a Rotary AC/5; a Medium Pulse Laser now fills the center torso in place of the Streak SRM 6. Heat sinks drop from 13 to 11 double units, and the design remains an easily-serviced machine built by Independence Weaponry, now at New Samarkand rather than Quentin.
