Thunderbird TRB-D50

The Thunderbird TRB-D50 is a 100-ton fighter flown in the attack role, rebuilt around heavier direct-fire weapons than its TRB-D36 forebear carried. In the nose an Autocannon/10 joins the Large Laser, replacing the TRB-D36's Large Laser and Medium Laser pairing. Each wing swaps its LRM 20 for a second Medium Laser, leaving a Large Laser and two Medium Lasers on both the right wing and the left wing. The aft mount drops from two Medium Lasers to a single Small Laser. Ferro-Aluminum armor replaces the TRB-D36's Standard plate, and heat sink count rises from 25 to 34 single heat sinks.
