Thunderbird TRB-D46

The Thunderbird TRB-D46 is a 100-ton fighter flown in the attack role, rebuilding the TRB-D36 around extended-range optics in place of its original laser suite. The nose loses the medium laser that once sat beside its large laser, leaving a single ER Large Laser forward. Each wing trades its Large Laser for an ER Large Laser, trims the LRM 20 down to an LRM 15 fitted with an Artemis IV FCS, and keeps the medium laser mounted there. The aft arc carries two medium lasers, matching the TRB-D36's arrangement there. Twenty-four double heat sinks cool the design in place of the TRB-D36's twenty-five single heat sinks.
