Ostroc OSR-4K

The OSR-4K is a 60-ton skirmisher, a field-refit rebuild of the 2511 Ostroc that trades reach and speed for jump mobility. In place of the paired large lasers, the OSR-4K carries a Snub-Nose PPC in each torso alongside an ER medium laser, and the SRM 4 is gone entirely. A lighter 240 fusion engine drops cruising speed from 54 to 43 km/h and top speed from 86 to 65 km/h, but jump jets now give the design a 180-metre hop the OSR-2C lacked. Endo steel structure replaces the standard internal frame, and 11 double heat sinks stand in for the original's 15 single sinks. The type keeps its low, hard-to-target silhouette, and is assembled at various sites rather than at a single dedicated plant.
