Mongoose II MON-268

The Mongoose II MON-268 is a 40-ton medium that fights close-in as a striker, cruising at 86 km/h and topping out at 130, with a sprint speed of 173 km/h when its MASC is engaged. An ER Medium Laser sits in each arm and a third in the center torso. A C3 Computer (Master) occupies the right torso alongside a targeting computer, and the left torso carries a Beagle active probe and MASC. Endo steel structure and ferro-fibrous armor cover the frame, with ten double heat sinks fitted throughout. It serves as a command 'Mech and carries enhanced communications gear. Arc-Royal MechWorks builds it at Arc-Royal, with production at other sites as well.
