Lancelot LNC25-03

The LNC25-03 is a 60-ton skirmisher, a 2876 field refit of the 2581 original built around a lighter 300 XL fusion engine in place of the 360 XL, which drops cruising speed from 65 to 54 km/h and top speed from 97 to 86. Where the LNC25-01 fielded a Large Laser in each arm, this refit replaces them with an AC/5 in the left arm and an AC/5 in the right arm, while the PPC in the right torso and the Medium Laser in the center torso carry over unchanged. CASE has been added to the left torso, and the heat-sink count drops from 13 to 10 double sinks. The low, hard-to-target silhouette and anti-aircraft fire control persist from the base model, and the type is assembled at various sites as a field refit rather than a factory production run.
