The Ironsides IRN-SD2 is a 65-ton fighter flown as a dogfighter. Where the IRN-SD1 mounts a pair of PPCs in the nose, this variant carries three Large Lasers there alongside the nose SRM 6. The medium laser once carried in each wing is gone, leaving each wing with its pair of SRM 6 launchers unchanged. It flies in standard armor with ten double heat sinks, and Brooks Incorporated builds it at Carver V / Liberty.
