Guillotine GLT-8D

The GLT-8D is a 3062 refit of the 2499 Guillotine, a 70-ton skirmisher that fights at medium range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65 with a 120-metre jump capability. Where the GLT-3N carried a Large Laser in the left arm and a Medium Laser in the right torso, this variant fields an ER Large Laser in each of those locations, and the twin Medium Lasers in the right arm along with the single Medium Laser in the left torso are replaced by ER Medium Lasers. The Streak SRM 6 in the center torso stands in for the base model's SRM 6, and a targeting computer has been added in the left torso alongside the CASE installation carried over in the right torso. Fourteen double heat sinks replace the GLT-3N's twenty-five single sinks, and the type retains its fixed searchlight. Robinson Standard Battleworks performs the refit at its Robinson works.
