Guillotine GLT-6WB2

The Guillotine GLT-6WB2 is a 70-ton sniper, a 3070 rework of the 2499 GLT-3N skirmisher, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the GLT-3N carried a Large Laser in the left arm, the GLT-6WB2 mounts a Light Gauss Rifle there, and in place of the twin Medium Lasers in the right arm it carries twin Light PPCs. ER Medium Lasers replace the Medium Lasers in the left and right torsos, and an LRM 5 stands in for the SRM 6 in the center torso, which also houses an Artemis IV fire-control system and a C3i computer. A 280 XL fusion engine replaces the standard powerplant, the heat-sink count falls from 25 single to 10 double, and jump range grows from 120 to 180 meters. The type still carries a fixed searchlight, and Irian BattleMechs Unlimited builds it at Irian.
