Dasher (Fire Moth) R

The Dasher (Fire Moth) R is a 20-ton scout that fights close-in, cruising at 108 km/h and topping 162, with a sprint of 216 km/h when its Clan MASC is engaged. Where the Prime configuration's left arm carries a pair of ER medium lasers, this configuration mounts a single Improved Heavy Medium Laser there, and a second Improved Heavy Medium Laser sits in the right torso in place of the Prime's SRM 4. The right arm trades the Prime's SRM 6 for a Medium Laser and an ER Small Laser, and an M-Pod is fitted in the right leg. A C3 slave unit and a Clan ECM suite occupy the left torso, equipment absent from the Prime configuration. Like the Prime, it keeps a low, hard-to-target silhouette, and it is built by Dominion Facility Kappa-4, with other sites also producing the type.
