The Dasher (Fire Moth) F is a 20-ton striker that fights close-in, cruising at 108 km/h and topping out near 162, with a sprint speed of 216 km/h under MASC. Where the Prime configuration carries two ER Medium Lasers in the left arm alongside an SRM 6 in the right arm and an SRM 4 in the right torso, this configuration fields three ER Medium Lasers in the left arm and three AP Gauss Rifles in the right arm. An active probe sits in the left torso, and the MASC in the center torso is common to both configurations. The type keeps the low, hard-to-target silhouette common to the chassis, with ferro-fibrous armor over an endo steel frame, built by Dominion Facility Kappa-4 at Goito and at other sites as well.
