Daishi (Dire Wolf) (Hohiro)

The Daishi (Hohiro) is a 100-ton assault that fights at long range, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out near 54. Where the Prime configuration mounts twin ER Large Lasers, twin Ultra AC/5s, and twin Medium Pulse Lasers across both arms alongside an LRM 10 in the left torso, this configuration strips the arms down to a single ER PPC in the left arm and a Gauss Rifle in the right. In place of the Prime's LRM 10 it carries a Large Pulse Laser in the left torso, and a Streak SRM 6 sits in the right torso alongside an ER Small Laser in the head. It carries one more double heat sink than the Prime configuration's 22, for 23 total. Phan Industriplex builds it at Huntress, with production also underway at other sites.
