Corsair CSR-V18

The Corsair CSR-V18 is a 50-ton fighter built for fire-support, refitting the CSR-V12's dogfighter loadout around an XL engine and Heavy Ferro-Aluminum armor. The nose still carries a pair of lasers, but the CSR-V12's Large Lasers give way to ER Large Lasers, and the two Small Lasers once mounted there are gone entirely. Each wing now pairs a Light PPC with a Medium Laser in place of the CSR-V12's single Medium Laser per wing, and the aft arc trades its two Small Lasers for two ER Small Lasers. Seventeen double heat sinks cool the design, up from the CSR-V12's sixteen single heat sinks. Wangker AeroSpace builds the type at Axton.
