Cestus CTS-6Y-EC

The CTS-6Y-EC is a 65-ton brawler, a 2825 field refit of the 2609 CTS-6X, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the CTS-6X mounted a PPC, a Large Laser, and a Medium Pulse Laser in each arm, this refit carries an Improved Large Laser and a Prototype ER Medium Laser (CP) in the left arm and the same pairing in the right arm, and it adds an Improved Gauss Rifle in the right torso. The engine remains a 260 XL fusion unit, though now built to Inner Sphere specification, and the 14 heat sinks are Inner Sphere double units rather than single. This is a field refit rather than a factory production run, assembled at various sites.
