The Cataphract CTF-5D is a 70-ton skirmisher built on a 280 light fusion engine, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65, with a 180-metre jump capability. Its firepower centers on a Light AC/5 and an ER medium laser in the right arm, a second ER medium laser in the right torso, and a Plasma Rifle in the head. Stealth armor covers the frame, and a Guardian ECM suite in the left torso works alongside the stealth system, while CASE lines the right torso alongside its own laser mount. Johnston Industries builds the type at New Syrtis.
