Cataphract CTF-4L

The Cataphract CTF-4L is a 70-ton sniper that reaches out with an ER PPC in the right arm and a Gauss rifle in the right torso, backed by twin ER medium lasers in the left arm for closer defense. Stealth armor covers the frame over an endo steel structure, and a Guardian ECM suite rides in the left torso alongside CASE in the right torso to contain any Gauss rifle ammunition explosion. Thirteen double heat sinks draw off waste heat from the 280 fusion engine, which pushes the machine to a cruising speed of 43 km/h and a top speed of 65 km/h, sluggish for a design of this weight. Earthwerks Ltd. builds the type at its Tikonov works, with additional production at Grand Base.
