The Cataphract CTF-1X is a 70-ton heavy that fights close in, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. It carries an AC/10 in the right torso alongside a rear-facing medium laser, a PPC and a medium laser in the right arm, a medium laser in the left arm, and another rear-facing medium laser in the left torso. Sixteen single heat sinks handle the standard fusion engine's output, and standard armor covers the frame. Earthwerks Ltd. builds it at its Tikonov works, with additional production at Grand Base.
