The Ares ARS-V1C Aphrodite is a 135-ton superheavy juggernaut that crawls into a fight at 22 km/h and struggles past 32, slow even for its class. A Rotary AC/5 fills the left arm while the right arm carries three Streak LRM 5 racks. Each torso mounts an ER Medium Laser, an ER Small Laser, an LRM 5, an SRM 2, and a C3 Computer (Master), and the center torso adds a further ER Small Laser and SRM 2. Inner Sphere CASE II lines both arms and both torsos, an Angel ECM suite sits in the center torso, and an Inner Sphere anti-personnel pod is fitted to each leg, including the center leg. The type is a command 'Mech and carries a fixed searchlight, and it is built by Rhodes Foundry at Devil's Rock.
