Vision Quest

The Vision Quest is a 60-ton brawler that closes to close range on a 300 XL fusion engine, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86. Where the VQ-1NC sniped with an Improved Gauss Rifle in the right arm, this configuration mounts an Ultra AC/20 in its place, trading reach for a shorter, harder-hitting punch. The three Medium Pulse Lasers in the left arm and the pair of ER Large Lasers in the left torso carry over unchanged from the original 2828 build, though this version is built on a Clan technology base rather than the mixed Inner Sphere and Clan chassis of the VQ-1NC. It is built by Brim Ironworks at its Brim factory.
