Ursus PR

The Ursus PR is a 50-ton brawler, a 3074 refit of the 3059 original built for close-in fighting. Where the base Ursus mounted an LRM 10, an ER large laser, and twin medium pulse lasers in the arms, this configuration replaces them with three AP Gauss Rifles in the left arm and twin ProtoMech AC/8 in the right arm. The paired ER medium lasers in the torsos give way to an Improved Heavy Medium Laser in each of the left torso and right torso, and an ER Flamer sits in the head. Clan CASE II lines both the left arm and the right torso in place of the base model's ECM suite, and a C3i computer occupies the center torso. Cruising and top speeds hold at 43 and 65 km/h, and the type retains its cramped cockpit. Bergan Industries carries out the refit at its Alshain factory.
