Ursus 2

The Ursus 2 is a 50-ton striker, recast from the 3059 Ursus brawler for 3074 with a lighter 300 XL fusion engine and endo steel structure in place of the standard internal frame. Cruising speed rises from 43 to 65 km/h and top speed climbs from 65 to 97 km/h, and it gains the ability to jump 180 metres, a capability the original lacked. Where the Ursus carried an LRM 10 in the left arm and an ER Large Laser with a Medium Pulse Laser in the right arm, this configuration mounts an AP Gauss Rifle and a Plasma Cannon in the right arm, and a HAG/20 replaces the left torso's ER Medium Laser; the right torso keeps its ER Medium Laser.
