Recognition Notes
The Transit TR-12 is a 50-ton fighter flown as a fast dogfighter, built on an XL engine in place of the TR-10's fusion plant. The nose carries an LB 20-X AC and two ER medium lasers, swapping out the TR-10's autocannon/20 and its pair of medium lasers there, and an ER medium laser sits in each wing where the TR-10 carried a single medium laser. Twelve double heat sinks cool the design, down from the TR-10's thirteen single heat sinks, and both fly in standard armor. Ceres Metals Industries builds the type at Capella.
