Recognition notes
The STO-4B is a 35-ton striker, a 3063 rework of the 3059 STO-4A that trades its short-range missile fit for laser armament. Where the STO-4A carried a Streak SRM 2 in each arm and an LRM 5 in the center torso, the STO-4B mounts an ER medium laser in each arm, an ER large laser in the right torso, and a flamer in the center torso. The CASE installation in the right torso is gone, though the Guardian ECM suite in the left torso carries over. Cruising at 86 km/h and topping out at 130, it remains fast for its weight, built by Coventry Metal Works at Coventry.
