Shootist ST-9C

The Shootist ST-9C is a 70-ton sniper that fights at long range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65, a 3066 rework of the 2621 ST-8A brawler. Where the ST-8A carried an AC/20 in the left arm, the ST-9C mounts a Gauss Rifle in the same location, and the Medium Pulse Lasers in the right arm and center torso give way to ER Medium Lasers. The ER Large Laser in the right torso carries over from the ST-8A, and the design adds a C3i computer to the right torso alongside the CASE in the left torso, while the heat-sink count drops from 13 to 12 double heat sinks. It is a command 'Mech, and Mitchell Vehicles builds it at Terra, with additional field-refit production elsewhere.
