The Shootist ST-8A is a 70-ton brawler that cruises at 43 km/h and tops out near 65. An AC/20 fills the left arm for close-in work, backed by a Medium Pulse Laser in the right arm and another in the center torso, while an ER Large Laser in the right torso and a Small Laser in the head extend its bite. CASE lines the left torso, and the type is recognizable as a command 'Mech. Ferro-fibrous armor and 13 double heat sinks round out the frame, built by Mitchell Vehicles at New Earth and also produced at Terra.
