Scytha E

The Scytha E is a 90-ton fighter flown as a dogfighter, built on the same Clan XL-engined hull as the base configuration. Where the base configuration mounts an Ultra AC/20 with an ER small laser and an ER large laser in the nose, this configuration carries two ER medium lasers and an ER PPC there, backed by an active probe and an ECM suite. The four ER large lasers spread across the wings on the base configuration give way to a single HAG/30 in the right wing and another in the left wing, each with its own CASE, and the paired ER medium lasers in the aft position are cut to a single ER small laser. Heat sink count falls from 26 to 20 double heat sinks on this configuration. Complex H-3 CCC builds the type at Homer.
