Sagittaire SGT-9D

The SGT-9D is a 95-ton assault built as a juggernaut, cruising at 32 km/h and topping out at 54 with a 90-metre jump capability. Where the SGT-8R of 3063 mounted large pulse lasers with medium pulse lasers in both arms, this field refit carries an LB 10-X AC and a medium laser in each arm, with a small pulse laser also in the right arm. The ER PPC in the left torso carries over, but the medium pulse lasers in the right torso, rear-facing center torso, and rear-facing head are replaced by plain medium lasers, and the right torso's targeting computer gives way to a C3 master computer. The heat-sink count drops from 17 to 13 double heat sinks, and the design remains a maintenance-intensive machine with a fragile head. It is assembled piecemeal as a field refit rather than at a dedicated factory.
