The RVN-3X rebuilds the 3024 Raven RVN-1X's frame around Triple-Strength myomer, giving the 35-ton scout a boosted cruising speed of 76 km/h under combat heat above its normal 54 km/h cruise and 86 km/h top speed. The weapons fit carries over unchanged from the original: twin Medium Lasers in the right arm, an SRM 6 in the right torso, and electronic warfare equipment in the left torso. The arms remain minimal weapon pods without hands. Hellespont 'Mech Works builds the type at Sian.
