Raven RVN-3L

The RVN-3L is a 35-ton scout, a 3048 rework of the 3024 RVN-1X that trades reach for battlefield sensing. A lighter 210 XL fusion engine lifts cruising speed from 54 to 65 km/h and top speed from 86 to 97 km/h, and ferro-fibrous armor replaces the base model's standard plating. Where the RVN-1X carries only electronic warfare equipment in the left torso, this variant fields a Guardian ECM suite and CASE there, and adds a Beagle active probe in the center torso along with a TAG unit in the right torso and a Narc launcher in the left arm. The twin medium lasers in the right arm and the SRM 6 in the right torso carry over from the original, and the heat-sink count drops from 12 to 11 single sinks. Like its predecessor it has minimal, weapon-pod arms without hands, and Hellespont 'Mech Works builds it at Sian.
