Recognition Notes
The Rapier RPR-300X is an 85-ton fighter flown as a dogfighter, rebuilt around an Extended LRM 10 in the nose where the RPR-100 massed an autocannon/20, twin PPCs, and an LRM 10 in that same position. Four ER medium lasers replace that nose battery's close-range punch, two in the right wing and two in the left wing. The XL engine and Heavy Ferro-Aluminum armor replace the RPR-100's fusion plant and standard plate, and heat sink count rises from 12 to 15 double heat sinks. Bauer Flight Range November builds it at Tharkad.
