Perseus P1E

The Perseus P1E is a 75-ton brawler, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the P1 base configuration mounts four ER Medium Lasers in the legs and an LRM 20 with a Medium Pulse Laser in the left arm, this configuration carries a Large VSP Laser and a Medium VSP Laser in the left arm, with no weapons in the legs. In place of the base configuration's Ultra AC/10, the right arm carries a Gauss Rifle, and the center torso holds an improved one-shot SRM 6 in place of the SRM 4. A rear-facing ER Medium Laser sits in the left torso alongside a pair of Vehicular Grenade Launchers and a Beagle active probe, and the right torso carries communications equipment. The ER Small Laser in the head is common to both configurations. The type carries anti-aircraft fire control and is built as an easily-serviced design by Kali Yama Weapons Industries Inc. at Kalidasa.
