Perseus P1B

The Perseus P1B is a 75-ton brawler that fights close in, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the base P1 configuration mounts an LRM 20 and a Medium Pulse Laser in the left arm, the P1B carries a pair of Large Pulse Lasers there instead, and in place of the Ultra AC/10 in the right arm it fields a Gauss Rifle. An ER Large Laser sits in the left torso in place of the base configuration's Center Torso SRM 4, and the Head's ER Small Laser gives way to an Anti-Missile System. The four ER Medium Lasers mounted across both legs on the P1 are absent here, and the P1B carries no CASE or Artemis IV fire-control gear. It runs 14 double heat sinks against the base configuration's 12, and shares the same anti-aircraft fire control and easily-serviced design of the line.
