Orion IIC

The Orion IIC is a 75-ton sniper that fights at long range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. A Gauss rifle sits in the right torso, backed by an LRM 20 and an ER large laser in the left arm and a second ER large laser in the right arm, while an SRM 4 in the left torso covers closer work. Ferro-fibrous armor and an endo steel structure keep the frame light enough to carry the weight of its arsenal, and the design carries anti-aircraft fire control for engaging airborne targets. It is built as a rugged, field-serviceable machine, easy to maintain in the field, with WC Aux Site #2 producing it at Strana Mechty in the Wolf Enclave and other facilities handling refit work.
