Lobo 2

The Lobo 2 is a 40-ton striker that fights close in, a 3072 rework of the 3060 Lobo built on the same 240 XL fusion engine and cruising at 65 km/h with a top speed near 97. Where the original mounted a Heavy Medium Laser in each arm, this variant carries a Plasma Cannon in the Left Arm and another in the Right Arm. The twin ATM 6 racks and the Heavy Small Laser and ER Large Laser of the base torsos give way here to an ER Medium Laser and an AP Gauss Rifle in the Left Torso and a Large Pulse Laser with a second AP Gauss Rifle in the Right Torso, and the head's Anti-Missile System is replaced by an ER Medium Laser. Heat sinks rise from 10 to 11 doubles, and the design remains a maintenance-intensive one to keep running. W-8 Facilities builds it at Tamar.
