Hydaspes 2

The Hydaspes 2 is a 95-ton fighter flown as an attack craft, stripping out the original's spread of ER large lasers, medium pulse lasers, LRM 15s, and Streak SRM 6s for a heavier, shorter-ranged battery. Two Heavy Medium Lasers sit in the nose alongside a targeting computer, while each wing now carries a Heavy Large Laser and a pair of ATM 9 launchers in place of the earlier ER large laser, LRM 15, and twin medium pulse lasers. The aft-mounted Streak SRM 6s are gone entirely, and the Artemis IV FCS units once fitted to each wing have been dropped along with them. Heat sink count rises from 23 to 25 double heat sinks, and CASE remains fitted in the fuselage. Complex 17 builds the type at Albion (New Bergan).
