Recognition Notes
The Comminus is a 60-ton heavy skirmisher built to close and unload a burst of missile fire, cruising at 43 km/h and reaching 65, with a single jump of 120 metres for repositioning. The left arm carries three MRM 10 racks and the right arm mounts a pair of Streak SRM 6 launchers, while an ER medium laser sits in each torso for closer work. A C3i computer and CASE are fitted in the left torso, and a Guardian ECM suite rides in the head. The machine carries enhanced communications gear, and light ferro-fibrous armor covers its frame. Gibson Federated BattleMechs builds the type, with production also at Terra.
