Great Wyrm 2

The Great Wyrm 2 is a 45-ton medium that trades the original's brawling role for a skirmisher's brief, a 3069 rebuild of the 2844 original. Where the base Great Wyrm carried a pair of Ultra AC/2s in the right arm alongside twin ER small lasers and an LRM 10, this configuration mounts an AP Gauss Rifle in the left arm and a HAG/20 in the right arm, with ER Medium Lasers in the left torso, right torso, and center torso. Ferro-fibrous armor replaces the standard plating of the original, while the 225 fusion engine and cruising speed of 54 km/h, topping out near 86, carry over unchanged. The design still stands as a stable firing platform, and this refit is handled at New Oslo and Nouveaux Paris.
