The Firestarter FS9-N "Mirage II" is a 35-ton striker that fights close in, cruising at 65 km/h and topping out near 97, with a 180-metre jump. Each arm carries an ER medium laser and a flamer, and an ER small laser sits in each torso. A plasma cannon fills the center torso, backed by a rear-facing flamer in the same location. The design runs on a 210 Clan XL fusion engine and eleven Inner Sphere double heat sinks, wrapped in Inner Sphere laser-reflective armor over an endo-composite frame. Defiance Industries builds it at Kwangjong-ni.
