Eyleuka EYL-45A

The EYL-45A is a 55-ton striker, a rebuild of the 3068 EYL-4A that trades the earlier machine's swarm of machine guns for a stand-off loadout under stealth armor. Where the EYL-4A packed four machine guns and a machine-gun array into each torso alongside a Beagle active probe and MASC, the EYL-45A carries an MML 9 in the left arm, an ER Large Laser and ER Medium Laser in the right arm, a further ER Medium Laser in the right torso, and a TAG in the left torso, with a Guardian ECM suite in the center torso in place of the base model's Beagle active probe. A lighter 275 XL fusion engine replaces the 330 XL unit, and cruising speed falls from 65 km/h to 54 km/h with a top speed of 86 km/h rather than 97, losing the MASC-boosted sprint entirely. Standard internal structure replaces the endo steel frame, the heat-sink count drops from 11 to 10, and jump range rises from 180 to 210 metres. Detroit Consolidated Mechworks builds the type at its Detroit works.
