Eyleuka EYL-35A

The EYL-35A rebuilds the Eyleuka as a 55-ton missile boat that fights at long range, where the EYL-4A closed in as a striker. In place of the ER large laser and eight machine guns split into torso arrays, this configuration mounts an LRM 10 in each arm, an ER medium laser in the right arm and another in the left torso, and adds a TAG unit in the right torso. The MASC, Beagle active probe, and CASE of the original are gone, replaced by a Guardian ECM suite in the head, and stealth armor covers the frame in place of standard plate. A lighter 275 XL engine and standard internal structure replace the 330 XL engine and endo steel frame, dropping cruising speed from 65 to 54 km/h and top speed from 97 to 86 km/h, while jump range extends from 180 to 210 metres and the heat-sink count falls from 11 to 10 double sinks. Detroit Consolidated Mechworks builds the type at its Detroit works.
