Dragonfly (Viper) D

The Dragonfly (Viper) D is a 40-ton striker built on the same 320 XL fusion engine as the Prime configuration, cruising at 86 km/h and topping out at 130, with a 240-metre jump capability. Where the Prime configuration carries an SRM 4 in the left arm, this configuration fields a Streak SRM 6 in the left arm, and in place of the twin Medium Pulse Lasers in the right arm it mounts twin ER Medium Lasers. The Anti-Missile System and paired Machine Guns of the Prime configuration give way here to an ER Small Laser in the left torso and an LRM 5 in the right torso. The type keeps the low, hard-to-target silhouette common to the chassis, and is built by Kindraa Sainze Primary Production Facility, among other sites.
