The Dragonfly (Viper) A is a 40-ton striker that fights close in, cruising at 86 km/h and topping out at 130, with a 240-metre jump. Where the Prime configuration carries an SRM 4 in the left arm, this configuration mounts an SRM 6 in the same location, fitted with an Artemis IV fire-control system. In place of the Prime's twin Medium Pulse Lasers in the right arm, it carries a single ER Medium Laser there, and where the Prime mounts an Anti-Missile System in the left torso and twin Machine Guns in the right torso, this configuration instead fields two ER Medium Lasers in each torso. The type keeps a low, hard-to-target silhouette, and Kindraa Sainze Primary Production Facility builds it at Shadow, among other sites.
