The Deva C-DVA-OB Infernus is a 70-ton sniper that fights at long range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Twin ER PPCs fill both arms, and a pair of medium pulse lasers sit in the head for closer work the design otherwise avoids. A targeting computer rides in the left arm alongside one of the PPCs, while the right torso houses a C3i computer and the center torso carries a Guardian ECM suite. The type carries enhanced communications gear as standard fit, and Gibson Federated BattleMechs builds it at its Gibson works, with production also carried out at Terra.
