Recognition notes
The Deva C-DVA-OA Dominus is a 70-ton brawler that cruises at 43 km/h and tops out near 65. A Rotary AC/5 and an ER Small Laser share the left arm, an MML 7 fills the right arm, and a pair of ER Medium Lasers sit in the right torso; a Light PPC rounds out the loadout from the head. CASE lines the left torso, while the right torso carries a C3i computer alongside a targeting computer. The type carries enhanced communications gear, and Gibson Federated BattleMechs builds it, with production also at Terra.
