Recognition notes
The Cougar-X 3 is a 35-ton striker, a 3093 rework of the 3086 Cougar-X original, cruising at 54 km/h and topping out near 86. Where the original mounted an ER Medium Laser in each arm, this configuration consolidates the right arm around an ER Large Pulse Laser and an ER Medium Pulse Laser, and it carries a single Streak LRM 10 in the left torso in place of the paired launchers of the original. A Clan targeting computer sits in the right torso, and the design runs on 11 Inner Sphere double heat sinks rather than the original's 10 Clan double sinks. It gives up the jump jets of the Cougar-X original, fighting instead on foot. Olivetti Weaponry builds it at Sudeten.
