Recognition notes
The CLR-03-OB is a 15-ton scout, an alternate configuration of the Celerity that trades the CLR-03-O's TAG and C3 slave unit for an Angel ECM suite in the head. It carries no weapons of its own, leaving detection and battlefield awareness as its function. MASC in the left torso allows a sprint speed of 346 km/h with MASC engaged, well above its cruising speed of 173 km/h and top speed of 259 km/h, and a drone operating system sits in the right torso alongside enhanced communications gear. RAF Manufacturing Center Providence builds it at Terra.
