The Avatar AV1-OG is a 70-ton heavy that fights at long range, cruising at 43 km/h and topping out near 65. Where the AV1-O carries a pair of medium pulse lasers and an LB 10-X AC in its arms, this configuration mounts a Gauss rifle in the left arm and a second Gauss rifle in the right, and the twin LRM 10 racks and machine guns of the base configuration are absent. A pair of medium lasers remains in the center torso, and CASE lines both the left torso and the right torso in place of the Artemis IV fire-control systems fitted there on the AV1-O. Luthien Armor Works produces the type, with additional lines at other factories.
